This person will be expected to be a team player and take part in all aspects of commercial and station marketing production. Must work closely with sales to conceptualize, write, shoot and edit video commercials, and work with the marketing team to assist in the production of station promotional videos. This position has an emphasis on commercial production: digital design, videography, and editing for all media platforms including streaming, social, and broadcast. Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Every step of commercial video production
– Scripting, videography, lighting, video editing, graphics animation, sound design, and archiving

– Element 3D motion graphics experience is considered a plus
– FAA Part 107 Drone Certification is considered a plus
– Strong cinematography skills, ideally with knowledge of DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, Blackmagic equipment, and production lighting techniques
– Be able to present ideas and gain the approval and satisfaction of clients
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
– Must be self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, both independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
– Time-management skills and day-to-day project flexibility are required, along with a sense of urgency to deliver projects under tight deadlines
