Welcome to the nomination process for the Arkansas Broadcasters Hall of Fame.  We’re excited to learn that you have a candidate you’d like to submit. Here is what you should know about the process.

Submission Notes and Guidelines

• This online submission is the only way to nominate a candidate.
• All previous Pioneer Award winners will be automatic inductees into the Hall of Fame, so there is no need to nominate a previous Pioneer Award winner.
• The deadline for your submission is July 15th. No submissions will be accepted after that date.
• Nominations are accepted for not only actual broadcasters, but also those individuals who have made a significant contribution to broadcasting, such as educators, industry associated individuals and engineers.
• Nominations will only be accepted from active members of the Arkansas Broadcasters Association.
• This nomination will be evaluated by the 2024 Hall of Fame Committee, and the selected honorees will be informed by August 30^th.
• We suggest you review this form and compose your answers offline, then copy/paste them into this online form.
• The evaluation criteria is: 60% of the total score will be based on the nominees career achievements; 30% will be based on the impact/contribution they’ve made in their own communities and 10% will be based on the contribution they’ve made to our industry.
• Up to five individuals will be chosen for induction this year. No more than two can be posthumous. The actual induction will occur at the Arkansas Broadcasters Association Convention “Hall of Fame Dinner”, on October 14^th.
• Honorees must agree to attend the dinner and will receive up to five complimentary tickets to the event. In the event of a posthumous inductee, a family member will be asked to be present and accept on behalf of the honoree, and will still receive up to five complimentary tickets.
