  • Assist designated Account Executives with maintenance of contracts, generating avails, traffic, make-goods, collection, and overall customer service.

Requirements:

Position Overview

VTN is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and mission-minded Traffic Coordinator to join our broadcasting team. In this role, you’ll help ensure the smooth scheduling and flow of on-air content—programming, commercials, and promos—across our regional, Arkansas-based Christian television network. This is a critical behind-the-scenes role that supports both our ministry impact and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Assist in preparing daily on-air program logs using traffic software
  •  Schedule and manage TV program, promo, and commercial inventory
  •  Enter, edit, and proofread traffic instructions and log data
  •  Process contracts for TV programming and commercial airtime
  •  Produce monthly billing invoices, statements, and manage deposits
  • Input daily episodic “copy” for regularly scheduled programs
  •  Prepare affidavits and assist with FCC reporting requirements
  •  Generate and distribute regular internal reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  •  Coordinate with Traffic Director, Accounting, and Management to ensure accuracy in traffic and billing
  •  Support quarterly live telethons (1–2 evening shifts + 1 weekend shift per quarter) by answering viewer pledge calls
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to help keep operations running smoothly
